v  Are the candles and melts only made from soy wax?

o   Yes! We use 100% soy wax to make our candles and melts. We do not use apricot, coconut, paraffin or beeswax. We do not use any wax blends!

 

v  What kind of oils do you use?

o   We use CleanScent fragrance oils to ensure they do not release any toxins such as allergens, carcinogens, mutagens, or phthalates.

 

v  What makes your products better than others?

o   We believe in power or simplicity! It is our mission to create products that you can trust, are non-toxic, all while smelling amazing! All our products are made in house and are tested before release.

 

v  How long should you burn a candle for?

o   We do not recommend that you burn a candle for more than 2-4 hours at a time and NEVER leave a candle or wax melter unattended.

 

v  How long do the wax melts last?

o   We recommend burning 1-2 cubes at a time based on the size of the room or area where the wax melter is located. 2 cubes will last 2-3 days before needing to be added to or changed. We recommend only adding 1 additional cube at a time.

 

v  Wick Trimming Information~

o   It is recommended to trim your candle wick to about ½ inch before every burn to prevent oversized flames due to mushrooming, to eliminate black soot around the jar, and to ensure your candle burns evenly.

 

v  Will the freshies melt in direct sunlight?

o   As it is not recommended that they be left in direct sunlight over 100 degrees, the freshies have been baked together to temperatures of 300 degrees Fahrenheit so ensure their longevity.
